How do I return or exchange an item?
We are happy to return boutique items within 7 days.
We do not accept CASH returns. STORE CREDIT only.
-Orders must be exchanged within a 7 day time period from date of purchase. Unworn, unwashed, tags on, no stains or odors.
-Simply email us at kaylaniandco@gmail.com to process your request. You will be deducted for shipping costs. (remember, we are small business).
-FINAL SALE ITEMS under the sales tab are strictly final sale. We do not accept those for any sort of store credit.
CUSTOM GRAPHIC SHOP items are strictly final sale.
Do you offer an ambassador program?
Yes! Be sure to sign up for emails to receive our Ambassador blast, quarterly.
Do you have a physical location?
Not yet! Would love a warehouse in the future. :)
Do you offer local pickup?
Locals have the opportunity to pick it up here at my business address, Central Kokomo. There will be details following your order confirmation email!
